How we work

We are a young company – and growing.

Founded in March 2024, we have a core team based in the Washington, DC Metro area and a growing network of colleagues — our Associates — across the United States who work with us on a consulting basis.

• We work as a team on every project, whether it is to find and secure SBIR funding, to evaluate a new start-up company in order to recommend ways to strengthen growth, or to develop a technology assessment for a family office or venture capital group.
• Our strength lies in our deep multi-disciplinary expertise as scientists, science administrators, physicians, business leaders, and investors coupled with our passion to help early-stage life science companies succeed.
• Many of us have worked previously with other team members in senior roles. We are known and trusted colleagues to each other, and this is exactly how we work with clients:  as trusted colleagues.
